Campsite U...
Just a random question here..
If you were staying at campsite U and have a good knowledge for German music, do you by any chance know what song the guys near the back in a caravan were playing virtually everyday? I didn't pick up any of the lyrics (which is useful, eh?) but I do remember it was annoyingly catchy and had a bit that went like "lalala, da da dadadada" and maybe some clapping in there too? I just remember it getting played like every morning about 5am and was a fun song to wake up to.. Anyway if anyone can help me out it'd be muchly appreciated.

hmmmm if you look at my post "What band? Damnit" I think I have a similar question about perhaps a similar band?
but if not... the one you talk about sounds a bit like "black messiah - sauflied" and I am actually a bit unsure if that song might be the one I am looking for aswell but they dont sing "Wermacht Blut" hehe.. and I am almost 100% sure that was a vital part of the ref :S |

about which campground U are you talking? The one next to the street which was leading to the festival area, or the "spare-U" next to it?
Do you mean the guys next to the Dixie toilets on "spare-U" or the guys on the "regular" U near the entrance of "spare-U"?

I'm sorry I missed all my Wacken brothers and sisters this year
 With all my heavy camera and computer equipment this year and arriving on Thursday it was easier for me to camp in the VIP section. I only saw Mugabe and Karsten. In previous years it has been easy to run into people I know but this year was just BULLSHIT!!! A big hug to everyone I missed!
