Especially in the metal scene, the approach should be "post-race", meaning that skincolor should be simply ignored and should play no role.

I disagree with this one.

"post-race" is a theoretical concept based on a nice thought, but it completly denies the whole past of colonization and real issues that PoC still have to deal with.

If we simply say "ignore" all that, we also ignore these problems, because they definitly play a huge role. It´s a luxury and privilege to even have the possibility to act like it plays no role, because it never played a role in our lives. It was never ours to identify as "white" or had specific problems because of it.
